High Quality Uranium Royalties

Uranium and natural gas royalties across top-tier jurisdictions

A diversified royalty portfolio validated by experienced operators

Growing Global Support for
Nuclear and Natural Gas

Royal Uranium holds a portfolio of 19 high-quality uranium and natural gas royalties across premier mining jurisdictions, anchored in Canada’s Athabasca Basin and Newfoundland, with advanced-stage exposure in Colombia and Argentina. The Athabasca Basin is one of the world’s most prolific uranium districts, home to the highest-grade mines and major development projects, providing direct exposure to tier-one assets operated by established industry leaders.

The portfolio is positioned to benefit from a structural global uranium supply shortfall, the accelerating build-out of nuclear power worldwide, and rising electricity demand driven by AI and electrification. In parallel, Royal Uranium is actively expanding its portfolio through the acquisition of additional high-quality royalties and strategic energy assets, creating scalable upside as projects advance toward production and commodity prices strengthen — all while maintaining the capital-efficient, low-risk advantages of the royalty model.

Nuclear Growth

As of May 2023, there were 436 nuclear reactors in operation in 32 countries around the world.

60 reactors globally are under construction with +100 planned as 24 countries pledged to triple nuclear capacity by 2050 at COP28.

Uranium Supply/Demand Imbalance

A 118% Increase in Uranium Demand is forecast between 2025-2040, with a 14% increase in Supply, and a Deficit of 197 million pounds by 2040.

Natural Gas Advantages

Natural gas offers 38-45% cost savings compared to diesel. Cleaner than coal, natural gas has contributed to 60% of CO2 emissions. Pipeline delivery system ensures a reliable on-demand supply for data centers, unlike trucked diesel. Natural gas prices are stable and typically lower than diesel, benefiting hyperscale facilities.

Our Strategy

Royal Uranium acquires and holds clean energy royalties designed to provide long-duration exposure to commodity upside while minimizing operating risk.
